Valley Parkway from Shadow Circle West 0.4 miles is a 4-lane arterial street within the Cedar Creek Community. Meandering islands, sidewalks, and landscaping accent the roadway and provide a highly aesthetic project for the area. The project included a meandering sidewalk & trail system and detailed streetscape & restoration plans following Cedar Creek landscaping standards.
