Schlagel & Associates, P.A. was selected to provide civil engineering, landscape architectural, and surveying service for both the Leawood and Lee’s Summit offices.  Schlagel & Associates, P.A. worked with the architect, ACI Boland, to develop a design that would fit the unique characteristics of each site.  The civil design for the Leawood site, located in Town Center Business Park designed by Schlagel & Associates, P.A.,  included grading to access a parking area under the building.  The Lee’s Summit site civil design required a grading design that allowed for the finish grade at the rear of the building to be ten feet higher than the front of the building.
