Cedar Creek Parkway South

This project involves the design of Cedar Creek Parkway from College Boulevard South approximately 1/2 mile. In conjunction with the design of the street is a 12” waterline running the length of the street, approximately 2850 lineal feet.  Schlagel & Associates is responsible for all aspects of the design including topography survey, street design, waterline design, and easements.  The project is currently in final design phase with the street plans being 75% complete and the waterline and landscaping plans in schematic design.  One key aspect of the waterline design is selecting an alignment that balances the preferred alignment with the rough terrain, rock cuts, and heavy landscaping.  This project is generally located between 111th street and 119th Street and just West of Clare Road.
