The site was designed to reflect the French character and name for the project. The formal layout of attached garage buildings and streets create private courtyards that offer attractive views to residents and visitors. The primary amenity area is located in the courtyard formed by the clubhouse, spa and recreation building, and the model apartment building. The amenity area includes an elegant formal knife edge salt water swimming pool, a decorative fountain, private cabanas, outdoor dining and cooking areas, and an outdoor loggia. Formal hedges and gardens were incorporated into the landscape design.
