The project center piece is a spectacular clubhouse with a golf driving range, putting green, sand volleyball court, sport court and a zero-depth, lagoon-style pool with a pool side dining area and the regions only pool side sand beach. A large fountain and attractive landscape plantings great visitors and residents when they arrive at the clubhouse. The attached garage units are arranged to form neighborhoods that are linked together and to the amenity center by a landscaped central street. Most of the units have views to the amenity areas or to private courtyard areas. The courtyard areas provide amenities to encourage barbecues and picnicking.
