AMLI Clear Creek offers luxury living in a serene, natural setting created by the natural landscape design and a large preserved area with several existing trees and a creek. The clubhouse, recreation center, and swimming pool provide a community focal point. The swimming pool is a multi level resort style pool with a waterfall and zero depth entry. The buildings are arranged in neighborhoods that are linked together and to the amenity center by a central street. The landscape design includes a variety of plants to provide seasonal interest throughout the year. The amenity area is landscaped with a variety of ornamental grasses to create a natural setting. The project included the design of three entry monuments.
