Lackman Business Park contained four flex office/warehouse buildings arranged to provide semi truck access to the dock doors and convenient parking for the office entries. The civil design include developing a design that would minimize impacts to existing utilities. Detention basin, open space and buffer landscape design were part of the services provided by Schlagel & Associates.
