Schlagel & Associates, P.A. has worked closely with the Centennial Park Development Team on this dynamic project which straddles the Kansas and Missouri state lines. This unique geographic aspect of this project has presented design challenges that have drawn on the experience of Schlagel & Associates. We have completed numerous projects on both sides of the state line for both the public infrastructure and private site development design aspects of a project. Our services have included preliminary design and research that have aided Centennial Park in developing sales leads into lot sales. After the closing of a sale, Schlagel & Associates has been able to hit the ground running with final design documents, providing value to both the new owner and the Centennial Park Development Team.
