Schlagel & Associates, P.A. collaborated with Sabatini Architects to develop a site design for the Veritas Office Center that included three office buildings. The buildings were arranged to provide visibility from Metcalf Avenue. Parking was located to provide convenient access to all buildings. The civil design for the project included the relocation and connection to several existing utilities. The landscape design for the project provided a berm and plant material to provide a buffer to adjacent residential homes. At each building entry is a pedestrian plaza. Schlagel & Associates assisted the owner in obtaining approvals for the project.
