Deerbrook features two distinct neighborhoods, a custom pool complex with adult and child pools, covered pavilion, playground area, and a natural tree preservation park area with a trail following a meandering stream.  The subdivision design, completed by Schlagel & Associates, has several lots in the Deerbrook neighborhood located adjacent to the natural area.  The lots in the Deerbrook Estates neighborhood are located in a wooded area.
