Wincrest Office Center

Office Center included seven office lots arranged along a private drive in a manner to provide clear visibility to 151st Street on Antioch Road. Schlagel & Associates assisted the client in obtaining approvals from adjacent residents and the City of Overland Park. The project included improvements to 151st Street and Antioch Road and a hike/bike trail extension.
