Nall Valley Shops

Nall Valley Shops three main center buildings and four pad site buildings are arranged to maximize visibility for the businesses and to create an attractive shopping environment.  Parking areas were designed to provide safe and efficient vehicular and pedestrian access.  Crosswalks and pedestrian pathways provide connections to buildings and parking areas.  The onsite improvements included access drives, parking lots, service areas, underground detention, and utility infrastructure.  In addition to the onsite improvement design for the main center and two of the pad sites, Schlagel & Associates provided design services for the turn lane improvements for the adjacent thoroughfare streets.
