Residents and visitors are immediately greeted at the community entrance with the amenity center. The amenity center has a clubhouse, an outdoor patio, and a multilevel resort style pool with a waterfall and zero depth entry. The project included developing a site design that restored a meandering creek through the property with native grasses. The apartment buildings were sited to provide views to the creek and other project open spaces.
