The professional services provided by Schlagel and Associates, P.A. for the Cedar Creek community included developing designs for most of the fifteen unique neighborhoods. The neighborhoods were designed to take advantage of the rolling hills, treed valleys, lakes, and golf course views. The project included villa, cottage, and estate neighborhoods.
