College Crossover

The site plan prepared by Schlagel & Associates, P.A. included three business park buildings and improvements to develop the stream channel that bisected the property into an amenity feature. The buildings were located to maximize visibility to Strang Line Road and the stream amenity feature. The stream improvements consisted of realigning portions of the channel, creating a meandering low flow path, and revegetation with native plants. An overlook sitting area was designed at the edge of the channel. Pedestrian areas were also design adjacent to each building. A site and grading design was developed that preserved several large trees on the perimeter of the property.
