College Pointe

The master plan developed by Schlagel & Associates, P.A. for the project included apartments, condominiums, retail, office, and a hotel in multi-story and multi-use buildings. Big box retail and a main street retail were incorporated into the plan. The plan included a main street streetscape and pedestrian plaza areas. The civil engineering design for the first retail building included on site improvements, improvements to the adjacent thoroughfare streets, extensions of utilities to the site, and the design of a regional detention basin.
