As residents and visitors enter the community, they travel along a landscape boulevard with a median that terminates at the clubhouse with an entry plaza containing natural rock fountain. The clubhouse has an outdoor veranda with a fire pit and barbeque and a multilevel resort style pool with a waterfall and zero depth entry. The project included developing a site design that preserved a wooded meandering creek. Walking paths provide opportunities for residents to enjoy the beauty of the creek. The apartment buildings were sited to provide views to the creek and other project open space.
