The design completed by Schlagel & Associates, P.A. for the Falcon Ridge, Falcon Valley, and Falcon Lakes Golf Course Communities included subdivision, swimming pool, lake, and other amenity designs. The lakes not only serve as amenities but also function as storm water detention facilities, and irrigation water sources. A variety of residential neighborhoods were incorporated into the community design including villas, estates, attached villas, and apartments.
