Rosewood Senior Apartments

Rosewood Place is a senior apartment complex overlooking a wooded stream. The civil engineering design for the project addressed the challenges of a large building footprint and topography of the site. The project was one of the first to include water quality BMP features in the design. The landscape plan includes an extensive landscape buffer between the project and the adjacent residential community. Restoration of the disturbed area adjacent to the wooded area with native grasses and woody plant material was part of the landscape design.
