When Schlagel & Associates, P.A. was selected to provide civil engineering, landscape architectural, and surveying services for this office project, we understood the importance of collaborating with the architect, Finkle Williams, to address the site challenges. The result is a site plan that addresses the unique shape of the parcel, existing topography, and an existing storm sewer pipe crossing the property. The plan includes a small pedestrian plaza at the building entry. The landscape design completed by Schlagel & Associates, P.A. contained a variety of plant material to provide the project with four season interest.
