Santa Marta is a maintenance-free senior community with a variety of housing choices and numerous amenities. Schlagel & Associates, P.A. civil engineering design for the project addressed the challenges of a large building footprint and the site topography. The civli engineering design also included plans for site grading, public and private streets, a roundabout, storm water detention basins, and utility extensions. In addition, Schlagel & Associates, P.A. provided landscape design for the roundabout.
