When Schlagel and Associates, P.A. was selected to provide civil engineering, landscape architectural, and surveying services for main center and one of the pad sites for this commercial project we understood the importance of coordinating closely with the architect, Hollis Miller. The project included a 43,410 square feet main center and three pad sites with 31,570 square feet. The civil engineering design for the project included developing a grading plan that had building steps to accommodate the site's sloping terrain. A variety of plant material was proposed in the landscape design to provide the site with four-season interest.
