The Stone Canyon Golf Course is located on the site of an old landfill and quarry. Single family homes, located on the undisturbed areas of the site, have spectacular views of the golf course. Schlagel & Associates, P.A. has been involved with the Stone Canyon project since it began. The services provided included the completion of documents to obtain TIF financing. Schlagel & Associates prepared the documents to obtain a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
