The subdivision design completed by Schlagel & Associates, P.A. allows for all of the beautiful homes to be adjacent to sixty five acres of serene natural open space that contains a meandering creek, a two acre lake, and native landscape areas. Schlagel & Associates, P.A. completed drawings to reconstruct the lake and obtain a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permit. The entrance monument sign features a stone and stucco sign that bridges across a small water feature. A stone water fall anchors the other end of the sign.
