Willow Ridge is a maintenance provided community with two and three unit buildings. Many of the townhome units are adjacent to a landscaped park area with a playground or a nature area with a meandering stream and trail. The design varied the unit type and setbacks along the street and included landscape islands to create an interesting streetscape. The project was completed in five phases which added complexity to the engineering design.
